Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by tanukitcgjapan.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. To qualify for a refund, items must be in the same condition as when they were purchased. Please note that the original shipping fee will not be included in a full refund.

Pre-Order
All pre-orders will be shipped on the product’s release date or the following day. Orders will be processed on a first-paid, first-ship basis. Please be aware that release dates are subject to change by the distributors and/or manufacturers.
We recommend placing pre-order items separately from in-stock items. Any orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped the week of the pre-ordered item’s release.
We will impose a 10% cancellation fee on pre-orders over 30 days.
